          Attention PLEASE NOTE:    

When you make your payment, Everyone is required to download the Application Contract (the application link is below) fill it out, sign and return the application form to me before you will be considered registered to attend this Conference.  

If you should use Pay Pal to make your payment, then you can print the Contract, fill it in, scan it and then send the contract to me via email to Bobrien90@aol.com    Otherwise mail your Application Contract with your payment to me at the address provided on the Contract. 

Betty O'Brien is not responsible for Contracts never delivered prior to Conference date.

                   General Information:

1. Hotel room accommodations are not included in your registration fee.   Make your reservations directly with the Holiday Inn at 812-424-6400

2.  Your Paid in full Conference registration fee includes but not limited to delicious buffet lunches Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday,  your choice of all hands on sewing classes, all available generic classes offered each day, shopping in vendor mall, goody bags, Benefit "Covers For Our Military Kids" Parade, Crative Project Runway, a chance for a Grand Prize Drawing and one of the many door prizes drawn during the event (you must be present to win) and so much more.

This is a beautiful easy access Conference Center with FREE Parking located just South of I-64 on Indiana Hwy 41 north of Evansville, IN.   

3.  Note:  For the Hands On Sewing Classes (only) -- If the instructor has an extra charge for a kit fee for supplies to make the project you will use in their hands on class, you will need to pre- order them and pay the instructor for the kit prior to the start of the class.   In some cases you may be be ask to bring supplies from home instead.  
Observe the hans on sewing class only?  You must purchase a kit to sit in the hands on sewing classes even to observe.

4. You have the option of attending our Western Round Up Party on Saturday night.   
This is where we wind down and have some fun after a week of hard work.   Because this is an extra option there will be a small cover charge payable during "check in time on Tuesday." 
You won't want to miss out on our fun at this party.   You can even bring a spouse or friend to this party that has not attended the Conference.   If you have not attended the conference but you still want to come see us, you can attend our Round Up Party if you contact me and register by Tuesday Sept 28 to get your name on the list.
